One-on-One
One-on-One Personal Training sessions are designed to challenge the strength and coordination of the mind-body connection through accurate program design based on the needs of the individual.

Postural Assessment

The Postural Assessment provides your exercise coach with objective information regarding postural balance and joint alignment. 

Assessment includes:
     a. Movement analysis- observation of primal movement patterns
     b. Plumb line- identification of postural asymmetries 
     c. Comparative range of motion- a fifteen point range of motion test that highlights imbalances around                            specific joints
     d. Core assessment- assess an individuals ability to stabilize the ribcage, low back and pelvis through                            key core musculature
 
Session Duration:

80 minutes

Body Composition & Base Line Testing

Our state of the art equipment determines body composition (lean body mass, body fat percentage, hydration, and basil metabolic rate), heart rate and blood pressure. This is both a great baseline understanding for the  beginner and a good measuring tool for the advanced.
